Arkamys interview questions

I went through a 3 interviews process that lasted 3 weeks. The first one with the department you are supposed to work with, the second one with the HR, and then the third one more technical. Before having the technical one make sure that you understand on a strong level audio processing and how "to make a sound better". It's not only about audio processing but also on how "basic acoustic" works.

J’ai passé un entretien RH lors duquel mon salaire actuel et mes prétentions salariales ont été évoqués. Lors d’un second entretien fonctionnel, on m’a indiqué que mon profil et mon expérience étaient super et correspondaient a leur recherche mais qu’au vu de leur budget ils ne pourraient pas me faire une offre supérieure à mon salaire actuel. Bien que très étonné que je n’ai pas eu ce retour lors du premier entretien, j’ai indiqué que j’étais ouvert à la discussion et j’ai envoyé un émail de remerciement en ce sens. Je n’ai pas eu de retour, même après une relance. Quelques mois plus tard, voyant que l’offre avait été republiée, j’ai recontacté Arkamys et une nouvelle personne qui reprenait en main ce recrutement m’a contacté et j’ai passé un 3ème entretien. La question du salaire a été évoquée. Comme convenu, j’ai confirmé par mail mon intérêt en leur demandant un effort de 10% par rapport à leur budget. Je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Bref, j’ai été ghosté deux fois!
