You submit an application online and then if you are selected, you will get a phone interview which you schedule using the online scheduler. The phone interview is very casual, which the interviewer mentioned several times during the interview. The phone interview lasted around 35 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly and was very responsive to my answers. He gave me his own personal examples of working for the company and demonstrated his passion for the company. I enjoyed talking with him on the phone.
