I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Arista Networks (Austin, TX) in Jan 2026
Interview
The last thing you can do is interview at Arista. The interviewer decided to reject meat the very start. Job profile says C++/C and I was asked to code in python. I struggled a bit with syntax and though I was able to do it on my own. The interviewer there itself said that he won't be moving forward to final round as I didn't knew the syntax, though I gave the optimal approch. Wow. The last thing anyone would want to do is work for this company.

Question 1
The challenge is to test what you dont know so I can reject you
Pretty good, not too complicated, was comfortable. Mostly LC questions, and was easy enough that you should be able to do it after doing NC150. good luck for the interview!
Starts with online test, then three rounds of technical interviews follow.
Not a lot of discussion, just go straight to the technical challenges which have to be solved in time
I interviewed at Arista Networks (Warsaw, Masovia)
Interview
By now I have had only first interview, that was focused on pure DSA. Despite that I would already recommend checking out gdb, cause it came in handy in my case.
