Interview
It was very informal. The service manager asked me to see him when I was there to buy something, I had not sought this job. He showed me around and briefly explained what the company did and some information on the job responsibilities.
He was honest when I asked about career progression, saying that it was not possible. However, I was not told that I would be put into the call centre three weeks after I started when the previous person filling the role was welcomed back. There I stayed unti I left the company.
