Interview
Initial phone call, 3 hour on-site interview, take-home 72hour design challenge. I got no feedback on the design challenge other than an offer. When I got the offer, they expected me to decide the day-of. They we're very considerate of my time. They said the on-site would be 2.5 hours and it ended up being over 3 hours. The take-home design challenge was well-beyond what is normally expected of a challenge (normal being 4 hours).
