Applied for the Product designer Role. the interview went on smoothly. I answered all the questions. then after completing all the 4 interviews, Arduino decided to ghost me completely. I mean. why to waste someone's time if you are not going to select them. the interview process itself for just 4 interviews took 3 months. The people who interviewed me were polite, but the interview process is utter disturbing and frustrating. If you are not going to select people, why to take all the 4 rounds as interview. Also, they dont care about sending a rejection mail..or even send you a follow up mail..you have to continously mail them to even setup an interview.. Pathetic!!!
