The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ardensway
Interview
I drove a little over an hour for a 4-minute interview. The interviewer seemed uninterested and didn't answer questions regarding salary, but directed me that it would be discussed in a further interview. Didn't get the friendly vibe that others on Glassdoor mentioned. Overall a very easy initial interview, but not the position for me.
First Interview was a get-to-know-you, which took about 15 minutes.
Second Interview was a 1:1 with a team member to discuss the day to day and the levels of leadership-
Ardensway works as a Sales Outsourcing office and works with bigger clients to do direct to consumer sales.
At the time of the interview, they were working with AT&T to get customers to sign up for their new streaming service as well as Century Link to sign up customers for Fiber Optics internet.
As Account Manager you get paid EITHER $10/hr OR Commission (at interview they said it was $80/AT&T sign up, $65/CenturyLink), with the goal of signing up 1-2 customers a day.
If you were successful you would get to move up their leadership ladder and get paid more once you got to the third tier.
I decided I wouldn't be a good fit, after this information.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ardensway (Eden Prairie, MN) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was a three part interview process. First one about 10 mins, 2nd one is a longer sit down for about an hour. The last interview was a quick follow up with a manager.
