Interview
3 rounds split out over 2 weeks. Sent an offer and signed. Wouldn't start for another month due to their company taking off 2 weeks in July.
Was told a couple days before start date that background check was taking longer and they were backlogged; delayed a week. Next week, told the same thing... thursday before start date, no phone call, no communication from hiring manager, just a HR person from Hasbro/WoTC saying that job offer was rescinded due to "social media posts".
I have never worked for them a day in my life but was put through the type of deep background discovery that you would expect a socialist from UCLA living in Seattle to come up with when you're a white, straight, christian, republican male from Texas.
Worst company hiring process I've ever experienced and I would stay FAR away from their discriminatory hiring practices.

mostly technical questions and everything aligned according to the hiring manager; whom I never heard from again after the job offer 6 weeks before the rescinded job offer from the UCLA grad in Seattle.
