A very awkward time really. The owner of the company makes you feel intimidated and unintelligent. They heavily rely on the four colour personality testing for higher positions to establish whether you are “the right fit” which practically means you must be the red (ambitious personality) similar to the owner to be considered right for the role. When interviewing or taking the quiz early on in your interview or position of course you are going to answer in the way you believe people want instead of your own thoughts, so is practically pseudoscience.
