It was one interview with a two to three person in-house panel that asked several questions including situational ones. Those that passed go on a eligibility list for other positions for the next year.

applied and they called me in the following week,
decision was made to hire me three weeks after the interview tho, interview was rather simple, they check if you're competent and make sure you are enrolled in a school.
