Interview
Had multiple rounds of interviews but got done within a day. The HR manager was extremely sweet and welcoming. The first round of interview was mostly general knowledge based while the proceeding ones had more of a case based interview sort of approach. Overall a quite positive experience, lunch was provided in between.
The interview process was smooth and well organized, with clear communication throughout. Everyone involved was professional, friendly, and quick to respond, which made scheduling easy and created a positive, efficient, and reassuring overall experience experience.
It was a relatively easy process. 3-4 interviews with a business case. Study the industry and competitors and you will be fine. Interest in consulting or PE is a plus.

Interview
They don’t know what type of questions to ask to candidates, especially freshers. Not having questions to ask so juicing the same interview just for the sake of a 3 round process. Hr doesn’t update if they don’t wanna take you unless you keep following up with them.
