It was a long process they will keep you waiting for 1-2 hours till the senior shows up and give you firstly the database test where you draw database schema on paper of a database description then problem solving exam php

Interview
They focus greatly on Problem Solving skills. You have to have had solved as many programming problems as you could in order to be able to pass the interview. Of course, your backend language problems.
