Interview was fairly informal and lead by a C-suite manager from Israel, where the company owned. We were also joined by a nice lady from HR. They explained to me that the company was recently acquired and had been family owned in the past. They needed someone to come in and gain the confidence of the workers to ensure a positive transition.
