A recruiter reached out to me for a full time senior frontend engineer position. The first interview was with the CEO. Second interview was with the tech team. Third interview is with the CEO again. During the interviews, I found out the company had high turn over rate, the environment was chaotic (no process, requirements come from people's head and likely change tomorrow, etc), and the deadline was really close. Both person doing the technical interview were contractors, and neither of them had any frontend knowledge. The CEO was rude and racist. He openly badmouthed his contractors
