The initial screening after they reach out to you is for you to decide if you want to go ahead with the program or not after you get all the information and clarity you want from them about the program and the process followed. Since I was looking for a contractual job, and their tailored approach as per the candidate sounded very promising, I went ahead with the program. They suggested me intermediate level of the program would be best for me, as per my expertise and experience. Hoping for it to turn out into something good.
