A smooth interview process is well-organized, timely, and clearly communicated. Expectations are set up front, the conversation flows naturally, questions are relevant, and both sides feel heard. Follow-ups happen promptly, and the overall experience feels professional, respectful, and efficient.
Unprofessional, manager was rude and late. She did not respect my time and was not even appropriative of the time I spent waiting. Other staff was kind but she was not at all.
