Interview
After applying for the position I received a phone call where the position was described and I was asked some basic questions. A day later I was contacted by email to set up an interview. At the interview we went over the various roles in depth and I related any applicable experience. Then I was asked to stay for an interview by video conference with the Western Regional Manager. She related the salary, benefits, job expectations and asked me questions about my experience. A couple of days later I was offered the position.
