First there's a simple phone screen, and then they have you do an open-ended "coding challenge". You're supposed to create an application that can efficiently filter/join tables of relational data. It's not trivial and in my case took around 10 full hours of programming to set up my implementation. Depending on how much effort you put into it, it's much more time consuming than dynamic programming challenges from Amazon, Twitter, etc.)
Then they told me to come in and demo the application, but really I was coming in for 5 separate back-to-back interviews. The interviews were casual, basically to the point of being unprofessional.
Also, do not be fooled, this is not a start-up company (it's been around ~9 years). Good luck trying to figure out what they do as a company because the employees couldn't really even explain it.
