I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anyword in Aug 2025
Interview
Overall, the initial communication was great. The recruiter outlined every step of the process clearly, and everything seemed smooth. After I did the test assignment, though, I had to wait about two months to get any response. When they finally did reply, it was a very generic message that didn’t feel like it truly addressed my specific test work. That was quite disappointing.

Question 1
At the first stage of the interview, they asked more general questions about my experience and how I approach UX/UI tasks. On the second stage, when I spoke with the product manager, the questions became more in-depth and specific to the role. They focused on particular details of the position, my past experience with similar tasks, and how I handle certain workflows. So, in general, it was structured in a way that started with broad questions and then moved on to more detailed ones.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Anyword in May 2025
Interview
I was contacted by an external recruiter through LinkedIn regarding a potential opportunity. We had an initial 40 minute phone interview that seemed to go well. He indicated he would be submitting my profile to the company CEO and would follow up with next steps. Despite three direct follow up messages from my side, I never received a response.
While I understand not every process moves forward, I would have appreciated the courtesy of a quick note letting me know I hadn’t been selected to move on. A simple acknowledgment would have closed the loop respectfully.
