The process was initially straightforward and moved quite quickly, which I appreciated. My interview with the team lead and a doctor felt smooth, and the conversation was engaging. There was also an assessment involved. However, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up afterward. I had to take the initiative to reach out for an update, which only then prompted a response. I find that quite unprofessional—regardless of the outcome, candidates deserve timely communication. Ghosting reflects poorly on the company, and I believe this is an area that can and should be improved.
