First round is hr, 2nd is technical and 3rd is salary negotiation.. you have to clear these all rounds.. you must have cleared prelims in upsc, state pcs is also considerable . You have good communication skills
there are 3 rounds starting technical round, managerial,HR round .
each round specific to skills and JD . in JD whatever mentioned just prep for that. everything else is taken care
