Interview
The interview process was straight forward. There was an initial teams meeting. Once I got through that stage, I was invited to complete a proposal for a campaign and to present it at a second stage interview.
The interviewers were nice people and all in all, the process was as normal up until the point of completing the second stage. I felt the interviews went well and I was made to feel comfortable.
However, I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of communication following the interviews. I was told I would be made aware of how it went that week - 4 weeks later, I have not had a single communication. I followed up with 3 emails.
This is really disheartening, as I took a lot of time to put together a full proposal, presentation and preparation for this interview - and to be completely ignored following it, I feel isn't the most professional or fair on candidates.
I was very gutted as I was keen for the role and thought it went well.
