I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Angi (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2014
Interview
Very professional yet not too ultra conservative. I like that I was treated like I was already a part of the team before I was even hired. My process was not stressful at all. I had one phone interview with HR followed by 1 very detailed face to face interview with a Senior Account Manager. I was then offered the position 2 days later and accepted the same day and received all of my documents via email very quickly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
My interview was more of a conversation rather than the traditional list of random questions. The conversation was two way so I also had a chance to learn about my interviewer and the company as well.
I applied online, completed a sales assessment, and was then selected for an in-person interview. This was pretty varied. My interview was a grueling 2.5 hours long, where I had heard of many others were hired after 30-45 minutes. It definitely helps to have an employee referral. My interview was on a Tuesday, I had my offer by Friday, and began training within a week. The company was growing extremely quickly at this point, and I was impressed with how quickly the process moved.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Angi (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2015
Interview
First a phone 10 minute phone interview to prove I can handle myself on the phone, then an in-person interview. They offered to do it via Skype because I lived out of state but I selected to drive down to Indianapolis.
In person interview was very easy. Standard questions were literally read off of a form. Less than 30 minutes.
HR then took 4 weeks to confirm a start date and notified me less than a week before I was to start.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Angi (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied because a friend referred me. A recruiter called, asked some questions, and had me come in for a face to face interview with a manager. The interview process seemed hectic on their end as there were several managers in one room interviewing candidates. They told me when they held training classes. I advised them that in order to make that class I had to know if I got the offer that day so I could provide a two week notice to my employer. Sure enough, maybe three hours after leaving, I received the offer.
