I applied online. I interviewed at Angi (Denver, CO) in Dec 2020
Interview
To be candid, the interview process is very thorough and involves meeting with many different stakeholders. That being said, my candidate experience could not have been better. The hiring manager was extremely communicative and provided updates quickly after each round. It was a challenging process, but well worth it in the end as I felt I ended up accepting an offer with a company and team that I will really enjoy working for.

Question 1
How will you work to build relationships with hiring managers?
Standard but long. It started with a phone screen and when on to interview other members of their team. It wasn't a lot of tenure among the recruiting team. After a week, they extended the offer. So, quick turnaround.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Angi (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2022
Interview
First round was a phone call with our manager - followed by a zoom interview with team leads and then our director. Followed by one phone call that was the offer call!

Question 1
Mainly about recruiting experience and personal experience
The recruiter didn't seem interested in me at all right off the bat. The initial phone screen took all about 10 minutes. She said she would connect with the team and get back to me but I never heard from her again.
