Andersen Lab Java Trainee interview questions

First you take an online assessment, mostly question-answers with multiple options and couple of questions providing code exempts which you should analyze to answer. After that, if you're successful, you get a technical interview where you get asked theory questions ranging from OOP base to Java, Spring, SQL and so on. In the end they give you a feedback in the form of excel table (marking how did you perform on each topic and expectations).

I had an English proficiency interview for a Java traineeship. The interviewer was pleasant to talk to. We discussed casual topics that didn't require specific knowledge. Everything went smoothly, and I received positive feedback the next day. It was a nice experience without feeling any pressure.
