I applied through Linkedin with a recruiter.
The process consisted of three interviews:
- English testing interview to determine If I was able to speak at the intermediate level and I passed it.
- Interview with a recruiter that took an hour. Spoke about my experience, my goals and my desirable technologies and tools. She told me about the project that I might to work on. The project stack included WCF and WinForms and would last at least 1.5 years.
- Technical interview - It took 1.5 hours.
They gave me good feedback despite they didn't send me an offer.
