I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen Lab in Sept 2024
Interview
Process was pretty smooth. Firstly the HR sums up about the requirement and notes down details for further screening. After that you a online assement of 70 minutes which include 2 coding question and 16 MCQ. Upon passing, flowed up with technical interview. The question asked here are nothing related to the development you would be doing. It's no point asking question what happens under the hood of any particular process. You just know the concept and it's working should be fine enough to proceed with any development activity. The question asked are nothing to with daily life usage. Namely SOLID principle, these are basically procedure a particular organise follows or prefer a different approach which is determined by the organization, as a developer you just have to follow it. Not necessarily you are to know the complete working of it, it actually comes with the flow when you are working with them in an organization. Even after answering 85% of the question they say you have not meet the requirement. Not sure what exactly they want, a developer who develops? Or a teacher who prefer theoretical knowledge of explaining everything in deep. When you have a particular approach of getting the work done why do you look for a alternative approve which is more complex? Not sure what the receuiter wanted. Additionally no one keeps knowledge of all the operator used from RXJS, always have to refer to get the best approach.
