I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Andersen Lab in Jul 2022
Interview
I had one of my worst candidate experiences at Andersen Lab.
Their recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and offered me to discuss one of their vacancies. I agreed and that girl asked me to answer 5 questions in written form. I must say that my answers were pretty decent: I had the required years of experience, my English is advanced and the salary that I asked for was pretty average.
The recruiter came back to me the very next day with a formal reply that "thank you for your interest ... the team leader chose another candidate"...
Wait WHAT? I've never been interviewed by anyone from Andersen Lab. They didn't take any time to know me better to be able to compare me to other candidates.
So Andersen Lab will reach out to you just to reject you for no obvious reason, and will thank you for your interest for their company which you've never expressed!
I guess the main reason for my rejection was the country that I come from, But...what else can you expect from the company which was once caught discriminating its Ukranian candidates?
