Good, first interview strictly behavioral/background oriented. Talked to the recruiter, and gave answers to questions on my experience in the field, as well as other generic behavioral questions. Overall a good experience and the recruiter was very nice.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ancestry (Lehi, UT) in Jul 2018
Interview
One phone interview while I was overseas. The gentlemen made time to speak with me even over a 14-hour time difference. They couldn't have been more personable and concerned about the welfare of the team I'd be joining.
Second interview was in person, with the entire team. I am extremely encouraged that they would get the opinion of the team before moving forward with a hire.
I am so excited to accept their offer and work with them!
