There were 3 stages of interview process and 1 test
1) with the reporting manager
2) with unit head
3) with senior management
the interview process was smooth and commendable
Can grill you but you'd still be comfortable. People felt warm and understanding. They will be more focused on your communication skills and a little less on technical skills as that can be developed

It was highly professional and gave me alot of experience and knowledge . The overall experience give me huge amount of exposure in respect to the field of my interest . The personnel involved during the entire process of the interview were highly interactive and considerate .
