It was basic and easy- one on one conversation. Nursing judgment , tour the facility , introduce staff, clients, talk in private spaces. Very straightforward and easy process. DON was super helpful and supportive

Interview was great. Questions were the typical introduction, getting to know you, past experience, why did you leave the last company, and closing. It went well on the first interview and I was offered the job in two weeks.
