apologize on behalf of Anagram for the poor interview experience you received. We try our best to respect your time and make sure you feel taken care of throughout the process. That clearly didn’t happen here.
While it’s not an excuse for the experience you received, we are occasionally overrun with scheduling conflicts and more extended periods between interviews. We’re working on fixing this and improving the experience. I also want to reassure you that we do not play favoritism with any candidates, including referrals/friends, and treat all candidates equally. We take your feedback very seriously and will do our best to improve our scheduling and communication with future candidates. Thank you for your honest feedback!
