The HR representative rescheduled the meeting 30 minutes later on the same day due to a "scheduling conflict" and then arrived 15 minutes late. As a result, the screening meeting was rushed and concluded in just 15 minutes—only half of the originally allotted time. This significantly limited the opportunity for a meaningful discussion regarding the role's requirements and how my experience aligned with their expectations. The lack of professionalism was evident.

Interview
Initial phone screen with hiring manager followed by an interview with the team lead. Fairly typical interview discussing the position, qualifications, etc. Didn't hear back for several weeks, so I sent a message to the hiring manager thanking him for considering me thinking that was the end. Then the hiring manager gets back to me and sets up three more interviews with team members, most of them were basically get to know you meetings. Again hear nothing back from hiring manager for about a month. Poor communication.
