Interview
I participated in a hiring rally for the restaurant. I'm not sure if they do this every year, but it was held in April/May for summer hiring. Interested candidates were instructed to come to the restaurant with their resumes in hand on a specific day and time. During the interview, they asked what positions they were interested in, such as prep cook, cook, waiter, barista... After a few minutes of conversation, the interview ended and the feedback was given a few days later.

Interview
The process was quite straightforward. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who directed me towards the manager's office. The manager, who was already expecting me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. He then proceeded to ask me some questions about my work experience, education, and skills. He was very attentive and took the time to understand my responses. After a brief discussion, he offered me the job on the spot, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the experience was very smooth, and I left feeling excited about my new job opportunity.
