firstly I got a screening call from HR it went well and she said she will send a test to complete I got an email to complete the test tasks, the test was three development questions - Database query - Call Webservice - Custom validation I did all of the three tasks and all of them working so well, the next day I got an email that I will get a response in next 1 - 2 weeks, I was excited because I am sure I did well in the tasks but guess what? I got an email says "Unfortunately blah blah blah" for no reason, they didn't even check the tasks, they didn't ask me one technical question, they just wasted my time for no reason, and yeah it is the first time to find a company give me the FTP connection to their server to put my code!! also a real database connection I was able to see their production database schema btw, at all they are not professional, don't waste your time with them, I think they evaluate people based on unknown criteria rather than skills and qualifications,
