The interview process was smooth. I was first interviewed by the company's recruiter who clearly explained what the position entailed, responsibilities, and expectations. I was asked about my experience and qualifications.
I felt very comfortable and liked the opportunity; I knew the company was looking for someone with my skills and felt I would be an asset.
Shortly after, my second interview was conducted by the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, who I would report to. At no point did I feel nervous, anxious, or insecure. He was very clear with the company's expectations for the role, the reason why they were looking for someone, and also talked about my qualifications.
A day or two after I was asked to prove my qualifications by doing an assignment. Just a few days later I was offered the position!
