The overall interview process was fine. As long as you have the proper credentials to carry a firearm, have a pulse, and can sit and stand they will hire you. The training is horrendous. Minimum wage pay, material taught is not relevant at all to the site. Clearances take forever. The whole process is done backwards.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Are you ok with staying in one place for 8 hours or more?
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AmeriGuard Protective Services (Fresno, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
I was interviewed by both the Operations manager and Project manager. I had indepth questioning by both. Lots of real world situations were discussed and judged on how I would handle them. I felt that they were very thorough.
