Amdocs interview questions in Athens

The guy went on for over half an hour, talking about the company and describing technicalities which seemed totally unnecessary at this stage of the process. The whole process was kind of chaotic cause he had back to back interviews. There wasnt really any meaningul question except for which technology stack I am familiar with. The interview ended with him saying and I quote: "I am gonna need you for a second half hour interview with our team lead engineer who is currently out of office, so you are gonna hear from me by the end of next week to schedule that." In the next few days I got a automated negative response :) No need to say something like that at all, just be professional and say the typical: you will be hearing from us either way.

I had a short call with HR. She asked about my current salary and what tech stack I use. Then she started listing a bunch of random stacks and asked if I had experience with them. It felt more like box-checking than an actual conversation. One odd thing was that the technical interview was supposed to be onsite - and this was not even the final round. I ended up declining to move forward after some thought, but funny enough, I still got an email later saying I was “not selected”.
