Came in and was interviewed on the spot. I was asked do you want the job and can you start tomorrow? Not a hard process at all. They needed people ASAP.

Basically handed the job on first interview directly with upper management. Didn’t seem to be too thorough. They were in a hurry to bring people on to the team. Didn’t seem too detailed or thought out.
