Basically the job is always handed to you during the interview I got a drug test and took a picture and boom the job was mine Honestly great for a first job just try it out
There of course is no interview. Literally go there and they give you a tour around the warehouse with one of the trainers. Amazon will take anyone once you pick your shift they have available.

Interview
Basic interview that is quick if you have all of your information ready. The drug testing is done on site during your interview and is a mouth swab. It's an easy process and the environment is nice.
