2) the Loop - 5 interviews total, 1 with hiring manager, 1 with tech counterpart, 1 with AWS seasoned veteran (bar raiser), 2 with team members in the same role

In initial interview I was asked to share a new tech in the industry vertical trend I was excited about in

During the loop I was asked 2-3 questions by each person that tied back to 1 leadership principle. Each interview covered 1-2 leadership principles.

Interview
This process is arduous and very time-consuming. You must answer questions based on their Leadership Principles (LP), in STAR format, but without knowing which LP they are wanting your answer to cover. My advice is to bring an excel spreadsheet of your top 50 stories and boil them down to STAR format while showing evidence of as many LPs as possible in each 2 minute headline of your story.

The interview process is designed to place the best candidate in role and in most all cases only one candidate is interviewed at a time. This tends to create for a long process which can be tough but overall should lead to successful placement.
