Usually 2 phone screens then an in person loop of 5 consecutive interviews with the hiring manager a bar raiser and other members familiar with the role and company. Competency based questions around the Amazon Leadership principles
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2025
Interview
Excellent process. They tested on almost 11 LPs. I made it to the final round. Every interviewer was given 2 LP's to test me on. I had to prepare, prepare, prepare, to the point of memorizing some of the answers so I dont forget.

Tell me a time when you went above and beyond to WOW the customer?
Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Writing Assessment and Loop. Not too difficult, just need to make sure you prepare beforehand. Have examples in the STAR method for responding to the questions asked. There are lots of videos online to prepare for Amazonian interviews. If you study those, you'll be fine.
