Well structured interview process, knew exactly the expectations/next steps. Interviewers were all very approachable and helpful and asked good well thought through questions. The interview process has quite a few stages and is done so on purpose to “raise the bar”. An interesting concept.

1 with recruiter, 2 with hiring manager and team and a grueling 6 hr round robin. The interviews are conducted in a very specific style so you have to prep you stories to follow that structure.
