1. Online test 2. Interview with team lead 3. Final interview Final interview was conducted in 2 parts, first was with department lead and next one was with other department.

Q: How do you overcome your conflict when you towards to big challenge?
Multiple rounds after initial assessment talking about principles at amazon, describing the job roles and responsibilities and casual conversation like interview. The flow of interview is really comforting and they ask you mostly situation based questions about difficulties in assisting customers that are frustrated due to some issues.
