I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services
Interview
Took several rounds with long waiting gaps in between. In most cases a different recruiter would come back at each round. I managed to pass all rounds and went to the final and worst one where I had to spend a whole day (for which I had to take a day off) with 5 interviewers in back to back sessions answering similar questions. The communicated schedule was wrong with wrong durations and timeslots. After that they never came back to me with the response. The process was so unorganized and time consuming for no reason. Really bad experience!

Tough 5 stage loop, but the key is if you find you are enjoying the 5 back to back 45min interviews, you’ll probably fit in. All about Earn Trust and Customer Obsession
