Typical loops, behavioral questions , answer in SMART framework, knowing core leadership principles will help in answering better. 4 interviews in 1 day , had a bar raiser after a week. Questions were not difficult but it helps to know the stats that can supplement your answer.

The HR called me and explained in detail how the interview process would go along with how to prepare to be successful. Being a level 6 management position there were 6 different discussions with 6 managers in Europe.
