An initial phone call interview with a recruiter, about more of the general reasons for wanting to work at AWS and briefly about you, followed by a one-hour scoping interview with an AWS staffer. Should you be successful with that then you will have four consecutive one-hour interviews with a heavy focus on their leadership principles and STAR technique answers.
