Interview
I was told three weeks prior to the interview to study the Amazon's Leadership principles. I was asked one question related to those principles. I spoke to two people and they both asked me the same questions. They determined that I was overqualified and asked me to apply for a higher level mgmt position. That took about 30 minutes.

Can you tell me a time when you had to help a co-worker to re-direct their attention to their work and how did you handle it?
Step 1 Virtual Phone screen
Step 2 Panel (virtual or in person) with multiple interviewers.
Questions asked by the interviewers are a mix of technical knowledge, safety and behavioral situations where the candidate is requested to provide practical examples to answer the questions
