Very exhausting process. Too many hours, a whole day interviewing + first interview in a different day of almost 1 hour. That is not exactly the problem. The issue is that there are a lot of repeated questions throughout the process. In the end, when getting the rejection email, no feedback at all. Just an automated reply. After a candidate dedicates so much time to a process, as a matter of respect they could at least provide a decent and constructive feedback.
