I applied through other source. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Sydney) in Jul 2025
Interview
There were 7 rounds in total - 2 telephone rounds and loop interview happens over 5 different rounds.
80% technical and 20% leadership qualities.
The process was tedious and interviewers often cancelled last min and multiple reschedules done.
After all this tedious process it was told to me that the role was moved to US.
I had a bad experience overall.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All Network related basic and scenario-based questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services in Mar 2026
Interview
First screening call, some simple OSPF, BGP and basic networking questions for roughly 40 minutes; then a couple leading principles questions,
I didn't pass this first screening call so I can't give feedback on the "on loop" call of 5 hours.
Exeprience was good, interviewer was nice and made me feel easy but over all questions were in depth.
I will definitely recommend everyone to apply and experience the interview process , I am sure you’ll learn something from the interviewer.
Good basics of networking
Questions on basic protocols and terminologies
Along with simple python questions
And about the resume
